These forms display Customers, Contacts, and the details of their jobs, equipment, account status, etc. Information entered into other areas of WORKman® are automatically displayed in the appropriate places in all areas of WORKman®. Customer Browse and Details

Work Orders
This form displays the details of the selected job. All pertinent information is quickly accessible. Red labels indicate mandatory data. Tasks break Work Orders into even more detail. Work Orders and Tasks
Scheduling
WORKman® provides powerful scheduling and appointment functionality, including links to/from Microsoft Outlook. Work Orders may be automatically added to the scheduler, thus allowing close management of customer response times and service delivery options. Daily Weekly Detail Weekly Summary Monthly
Employees
Employees may be grouped by Department and allocated a Supervisor. A security level is also provided for you to manage the areas of WORKman they have access to and the functionality provided to them. Employee Forms
