Activity Roll provides schools, colleges, sporting and fitness clubs with a comprehensive suite of programs to administer and promote almost any program or activity.

Some of our school customers use it to allow students to select their subjects, with rolls and class numbers automatically handled by Activity Roll.

Others use it to promote a healthy life style by rewarding members for various activtities, assigning points which may be redeem for prizes like movie tickets, sporting equipment, and other things.

How does it work?

Sign up to join eActive! and you will be emailed:
  • An invoice
  • A unique school ID
  • A unique manager access password (allowing you access to the Activity Roll system)

Upon receipt of payment, your online Activity Roll account will be activated. Your unique manager access password will grant you access to the step by step process provided for you to setup your reward scheme.

Step 1.

Upload a list of scheme participants from an existing Excel list. Activity Roll will give you the column format you need. A password will be created to each participant.

Step 2.

Create a list of activities that allow students to acrue points. When activity details and date are later added against each student, points will be automatically assigned to the students profile.

Step 3.

Create your own multi-level prize table (EXAMPLE). Activity Rollwill give you the choice of uploading a picture or writing a description of each prize.

Each prize will have it's own code number for prize redemption purposes. The maximum prize grid that can be customized is 10 levels x 10 prizes - in practice, a smaller number of levels and range of prizes may prove easier to manage ie. 5 levels of rewards with 5-7prizes/level.

Step 4.

Setup your activity log cards and prize brochures. Templates are provided in the Activity Roll system. (EXAMPLE Activity Log Card)

Step 5

Set the terms and conditions of your reward scheme. These will be set for you and can be altered if you require.

Step 6.

When you are ready to start adding reward points for a student, simply select the participants name. A dialogue box opens that allows you to edit that person's record. To add points - select the activity which best describes why they are receiving points and then enter the value of points to be accrued and click the "Update" button (you may change the default allocated points if necessary). The date, details and points entered are automatically allocated to that student's profile.
