Mark Chimes - Owner

Blog
Mark is the chief architect of most of our software systems and has a wealth of experience in an almost endless list of disciplines. Introduced to computers in the early 80's, Mark has seen huge changes in computing but says the problems are still the same - producing reliable, robust applications that are flexible and intuitive.

Mark has over 25 years experience in database design, systems analysis, application design, GUI development, bug testing, integration and commissioning of small to medium software applications. Mark has been directly involved in dozens of software projects including applications for Government departments, local councils, Fire and Safety, schools, and of course, small and medium businesses .

Currently completing a Masters in Software Development at the University of Southern Queensland, Mark also holds a Certificate IV in Horticulture, a Certificate IV in Small Business Administration, a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and holds a current data cabling license and can be found teaching the occassional course at the South Queensland Institute of Technical and Further Education.

Though he uses whatever tool is best suited to a particular project, Mark has produced remarkable custom solutions using Microsoft™ .NET™ technologies.

Suzanne Chimes - Administrator
Though initially trained as a nurse, Sue never dreamed that she would one day be in charge of the daily operations of a company that, at times, has employed 15 engineers, technicians, programmers and support staff.

Apart from keeping track of where everyone is, Sue keeps things running smoothly by ensuring accounting, purchasing, and jobs are all controlled in a timely manner.

David Hamilton - Point of Sale systems
David looks after all our POS systems and is well-known in the POS industry. His knowledge of ECRs and POS in general is legendary with David having been awarded Casio Dealer of the Year 10 times in the last 12 years!

Bronwyn Anderson - Associate
Bronwyn grew up surrounded by computers, and learnt about business from her father, Mark. Bronwyn attained her first degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting. She then followed with a Bachelor of Business, with double majors in Information Technology; and Software Development.

Bronwyn held the position of proctor at the University of Soutern Queensland in the Faculity of Business. She has extended her training in leading edge Web and .NET™ methodologies, including global VoIP and financial systems. Currently, Bronwyn heads up the web development resonsibilities of one of Australia's leading fiancial institutions, and now consults to Veracity Systems on our web-based database back-ends, and .NET™ programming.

Anthony Gray - Associate
Anthony has completed a Mechatronics degree and worked for a high profile global mining contractor for a few years. He is fluent is multiple programming languages, is a dab hand at hardware implementations and has been known to lay the odd kilometre or two of data cabling when required. Chris Burke - Associate
Chris operates NCI Technologies and is the mastermind behind Queensland Technology Group. Chris has achieved numerous Microsoft certifications and like most expert engineers is constantly striving to increase his knowledge with further studies. Chris has a wonderful ability to explain complex technical details in a succint and understandable manner. We use Chris to fine-tune our clients' servers. Daryn Kitchener - Associate
Daryn is the one of the few server engineers we know that can configure a Microsoft server to run continually and consistently without Event Log errors. Coupled with his gargantuan grasp of Microsoft software configuration capabilities, Daryn commands troubleshooting skills that intimidates the most persistent problem and ensures obstinate issues are cleanly rectified.
